Do you already know the difference between MUCH and MANY?
We use much and many when we talk about quantity. For example:
I HAVE MANY BOOKS AT HOME.
I DO NOT HAVE MUCH HOMEWORK.
But.... 🤔
WHAT´S THE DIFFERENCE?
It is EASY!
We use MANY for COUNTABLE nouns: apples, chairs, bikes, computers, people... and MUCH for UNCOUNTABLE nouns: money, meat, milk, sugar, work...
And we use HOW MANY and HOW MUCH to ASK about quantity. For example:
HOW MANY APPLES DO YOU HAVE?
HOW MUCH MONEY HAVE YOU GOT?
